Drift Food Truck is a "restaurant on wheels" based in Edmonton, Alberta. Founded by Red Seal Chef Nevin Fenske and his wife Kara, they traveled the world together, taste-testing their way through diverse cuisines to create a unique and eclectic menu. Their innovative approach has earned them numerous awards, including "Best Food Truck" every year since 2012.

They reached out to Caribou when they wanted to enhance their branding and explore new opportunities for take-home products such as their sauces, spices, and legendary pickled items. Together, we refined and enhanced their existing brand, adding playful new elements and expanding the color palette to capture the fun and creativity Nevin and Kara pour into everything they do.
